- focusing on facilitating people’s mind (through language learning and sports)
- formed by a group of lecturers and teachers in Asia
- based and registered in Hong Kong (previously known as Mind Power Asia)
- founded under the Societies Ordinance of Hong Kong Government (registration no.: 46662)
